poop still there after wiping! Here’s what to do

why do i have to wipe so much after pooping

everyone takes a poop, and of course, everyone wipes their butt afterwards. This is a weird topic that doesn’t pop for discussion a lot of times and if it does, we usually don’t talk about it as a process. Have you ever asked yourself if you wipe your butt the right way and effectively?  Wiping isn’t as easy as it sounds. It requires a special way of doing it to get it right. Not just doing it right, what you use to wipe matters as well. Some people prefer tissues, others wet wipes and others using a water bath. It doesn’t matter as long as you end up clean. Wiping is difficult for some people. Is poop still there after wiping? Here are some tips to avoid that.

  1. Using toilet paper? Switch to wet wipes.

Not hating on tissue papers, but being I’ll be honest with you. Tissues don’t deliver the best of results when used to wipe. They are kind of rough and will easily tear if not properly used. You don’t want to imagine what would happen if a tissue teared up when you’re wiping. You’d touch your crap! That’s very gross. Isn’t it? Well, I have news for you. Wipes, flushable wipes are much better. They are soft, tender and when used wet, they deliver a soft and a thorough wipe across the whole butt. The fact that they are wet makes sure that when you wipe, they clean every faecal particle from even the deepest of crevices on the butt. This doesn’t only leave you clean, but with a pleasant smell of cleanliness. To add on to that, they are flushable and therefore very easy to dispose of.

  1. Poop still there after wiping? Use a bidet

You may have some poop left on your butt not because of poop toiletries but because of poop wiping technique. If at all you can’t wipe your butt properly, or maybe you can’t reach well, then I suggest that you use a bidet. This is a simple basin that will deliver a water jet to wash your anal region. Using the water jet from the bidet is effortless as all you have to do is sit and let the water do its thing. If you can’t access a bidet, then a shower will do. Immediately you take a poop, jump into the shower and scrub your butt properly. Once you shower, wipe yourself dry and you’re good to go.

  1. Change your tissue brand and your wiping technique

Chances are very high the tissue brand you use is failing you. A good tissue brand needs to be soft and at the same time have enough grip on the butt to clean every particle of the crap. If you get a better brand, be sure that this problem will be no more. At the same time, it’s advisable that you wipe from front to back. This will ensure that at least you clear most of the crap with even the first wipe. This also has a great health impact. Wiping from front to back will protect you from infections.

The most important thing is taking your time while wiping. Maybe you leave some poop behind because you’re always in a hurry.

Pro tip! Always have enough tissue or wipes!
